IPEC Small Claims Track

The Small Claims Track (SCT) of the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) moved from London to Manchester in July 2023.

When this move was announced, we shared our concerns with the Intellectual Property Office and the Ministry of Justice in a joint letter with BCC. We met with the IPEC User Committee, chaired by HH Judge Richard Hacon of the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, along with fellow presiding judges. You can read their responses in full below.
